Root and Sol Health is a mind-body-spirit healing practice designed to help you get unstuck, physically, emotionally, and energetically.
If you’ve felt disconnected from your body, uncertain of your path, or stuck in cycles of stress and overthinking, you’re not broken, you’re just out of sync. Through stretch therapy, intuitive readings, and somatic rituals, I guide you back into alignment with your inner rhythm.

 

With over a decade of experience in movement, mindfulness, holistic coaching, and healing,

I weave together ancient wisdom and modern tools to offer a grounded, spiritually aligned approach to well-being. My work draws from nervous system science, somatic awareness, trauma-informed care, and intuitive modalities, all in service of helping you feel more safe, at-ease, and whole in your body.

We specialize in supporting humans who feel stuck: in burnout, tension, or life transitions and are seeking calm, clarity, and embodiment.


Sessions may include spiritual stretch therapy, energetic readings, aromatherapy, sound healing, and personalized rituals to support emotional release, insight, and nervous system regulation.

At Root and Sol Health, you’ll find sacred, science-rooted support that honors your whole self.
This is a space where healing isn’t rushed. You’ll be met with compassion, grounded intuition, and personalized tools to help you regulate, reconnect, and reimagine what feeling good in your body and soul can look like.

This is my story.

My health journey has been exactly that ... a journey.


A long, winding, sometimes soul-crushing one.

I started dancing at age three and moved my body every chance I got — through sports, martial arts, reformer Pilates, yoga. Movement was always my outlet, my language. But somewhere along the way, it stopped feeling like freedom and started feeling like punishment.

I battled an eating disorder for years.
Lost myself in the pressure to be perfect.
Burned out trying to do everything “right.”
And still felt like nothing was working.

In high school and college, I cycled through chronic symptoms no one could explain, mental health spirals that were brushed off, and  side effects from medications that landed me in the ER.


I know what it’s like to sit across from a doctor, confused and dismissed, holding prescriptions that made things worse not better.

That deep frustration, the craving to be understood, to be supported as a whole person, is what led me here.

I’ve spent the last decade educating, unlearning, and reclaiming.
Studying the body, the nervous system, the stars.
Becoming certified in holistic health, stretch therapy, personal training, and meditation.
Reading birth charts for years, not to tell people who they are, but to reflect what they already know deep down.

Because that’s what I’ve learned:
Your body remembers. Your soul knows.
You just need the right tools and a safe space to re-align with yourself again.

 

Today, this is the work I do.

I guide people back to their bodies, their inner wisdom, their next aligned step, even when they don’t know what that step is yet.

I offer two main pathways:
   •    Soul Alignment Readings — when you’re stuck in a job, relationship, identity shift, or foggy chapter, and need guidance rooted in both soul and strategy.
   •    Somatic Stretch + Energy Sessions — when your body is holding tension, emotion, or stress that no to-do list can fix, and you’re ready to move through it, literally and energetically.

This isn’t about aesthetic wellness or surface-level spirituality.
It’s about supporting the full spectrum of what it means to be human.

What I believe to my core:

✨ Your body holds more wisdom than most of us are taught to trust.
✨ You don’t have to figure it all out alone.
✨ You already hold the answers, sometimes you just need support to help access them.

Credentials

Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach 

I became a Certified Holistic Health Coach through The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2020 and launched my virtual practice soon after. My training focused on a whole-person approach to wellness  bridging nutrition, lifestyle, mental health, and behavior change. I’ve also deepened my expertise in plant-based healing through ongoing herbalism education with The Herbal Academy.

Assisted Stretch Therapy Practitioner Certificate

In 2022, I earned my certificate in stretch therapy through StretchLab, expanding my work beyond personal training to help clients move with more ease and alignment. This hands-on practice, similar to massage, supports mobility, posture, recovery, and overall nervous system regulation. I use stretch therapy to help release stored tension, correct imbalances, and enhance both athletic performance and everyday movement all while creating space for your body to truly relax and reset.

Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification 

I’m currently deepening my meditation facilitation as I study to become a certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher through Mindfulness Exercises, a trauma-informed program rooted in neuroscience, compassion-based practices, and embodied awareness. This training supports the deeper nervous system work I guide my clients through, helping them reconnect to presence, regulate stress, and create sustainable inner calm.

NASM Certified Personal Trainer & ACE Functional Training Specialist

I’ve been training clients since 2014 with a progressive, functional approach to strength and movement. My philosophy centers around building confidence, enjoying the process, and fostering a healthy relationship with exercise. No extremes, just sustainable movement that supports your body and life.

Barre & Reformer Pilates Instructor 

I’ve always believed movement should feel empowering, not exhausting which is why Barre and Reformer Pilates became such a natural extension of my practice. I completed my instructor training in 2018 and taught at studios in the Downtown and Montrose areas of Houston. These modalities continue to influence how I guide clients toward mindful strength, core connection, and movement that supports your nervous system and hormones not just your physique.
