Whether you've fallen out of a consistent fitness routine or you're just beginning to establish one - Maintain a sense of structure and get the guidance needed to help you stay physically active and care for your body 🤸♀️
My 6-week fitness program consists of 2 one-on-one 30-minute movement sessions per week customized to your body's needs/ equipment availability (Strength training, HIIT, Pilates, Stretching & Mobility, or a combo of all formats offered. Sessions can also be combined to equal 1 hr, once a week).
Either [12 - 30 minute sessions @ 2X a week] OR [6 - 1 Hour sessions @ 1X a Week], for 6 weeks total
Complimentary 30-minute Intro Session where we will complete a comprehensive movement analysis, imbalance assessment, measurements and chat about your fitness dreams, goals, and program expectations
A visual and progressive overview document of the 6 week fitness program. Your program will be 100% customized to you and your unique body based on our analysis & assessment findings and your personal desires. You will be able to keep this document upon completion of your six weeks and refer back to it whether our relationship continues for years or only for the 6 weeks.
Homework workout routines and recommendations to help keep you active, accountable, and getting the absolute most out of your program outside of our limited time together
Unlimited access to me for any questions or concerns, within my personal trainer scope, via email throughout your 6-week program

Hi, I'm Kamela and I've been helping humans build strength & move with ease for the past 10 years. I like to offer my clients a variety of movements and exercises during their sessions so they never feel bored, and are always challenged, yet build off a structured program to ensure progression.
