When it comes to ๐๐ผ๐๐ฟ health, I am a firm believer it should be looked at holistically (holistic meaning - the treatment of the whole person, taking into account mental and social factors, rather than just the symptoms of an illness or disease. Recognizing it's all interconnected.) โ

During this pandemic, if we're being 100% honest, the categories that have been most disturbed for me are physical activity, social life, and finances๐ฌ. โ

Had it been a "normal year" though maybe those would be doing much better, but then maybe other areas would be off. Who really knows? ๐ ๐ ๐ฝ๐ผ๐ถ๐ป๐ ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ถ๐ป๐ด, each of these categories won't always be at 100%. We can try our best to balance it all but really, our health has ups and downs just like most things. โ (This is where hiring a health coach can benefit you by providing that outside accountability and go to support no matter what stage you're at) But I digress, with this knowledge that health is composed of so much more than eating greens, hydrating, and working out, maybe sparks you to look at & approach your life/ your health from an all-inclusive perspective. โ
