The other day I made these super delicious black beans in the instant pot and while I’m one day late to Taco Tuesday, S A V E this recipe for next week... or literally any time because is there ever a bad time for tacos AMIRITE?¿?

They turned out pretty darn tasty - I ended up adding a bit more salt to them afterward to my liking

But these beans are so so versatile and with plenty of leftovers I had a variety of different meals just from this one-pot 🍲
