โ€ข Wild Smoked Salmon or Beans of choice

โ€ข Green Plantains

โ€ข Onion, Shallot & Garlic

โ€ข Avocado

โ€ข Microgreens

โ€ข Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Coconut Oil

โ€ข To top (optional): Sesame Seeds, Black Pepper & Finishing Salt


This bowl utilizes fresh whole food ingredients that in so many ways help support the gut, lower inflammation, and is also delicious af ๐Ÿคค Takes about 20-30 minutes to make (a little longer if you are doing a LIVE and giving step by step instructions ๐Ÿ˜‰
